Delete Your Gif Pong Account
You can request deletion of your Gif Pong account and associated personal data at any time, both inside the app and from this page.
How to request deletion
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
Send an email to contact@fusiontech.sg from the address associated with your Gif Pong account. Include the subject line Delete My Gif Pong Account and your registered email or phone number in the body so we can verify your identity.
Data categories we delete
- Account profile and display name
- Email address and phone number
- GIF chat history and conversation metadata
- Favorites, saved GIFs, and recently used GIFs
- AI personalization profile and recommendation history
- Push notification token
- Contact and friend discovery data, if collected
- Analytics identifiers linked to your account, where technically possible
- Support and communication history tied to your account
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from our systems. Once retention is no longer required, the remaining data is deleted or de-identified.
Processing timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity. You may receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal.
