Delete Your Gif Pong Account
You can request deletion of your Gif Pong account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Option 2 — By email
Send a request to contact@fusiontech.sg from the email address or phone number associated with your Gif Pong account. Use the subject line: Delete My Gif Pong Account.
What we delete
- Your account profile
- Your phone number or email address
- Your chat history stored on our servers
- Your favorites and preferences
- Your AI personalization profile
- Your push notification token
- Analytics identifiers linked to your account, where technically possible
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from our systems.
